The Boneyard is committed to serving it's customers with quality products. We will promptly process any returns or exchanges.
What Can Be Returned
You may return most items sold by The Boneyard within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any CD, DVD, video tape, software, or video game that has been opened or removed from it's packaging.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Exchange Policy
Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, with the exception of clothing or footwear that is the incorrect size.
Returning a Gift
If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from The Boneyard, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
